Only small thing I’d mention is the yard was a little muddy from the weather, so walking around the machines took a bit of navigating, but nothing worth complaining about. No pressure, no sales pitch - just straight answers. Hard to find that these days. Only small hiccup was finding a good spot to park the trailer when we showed up because the yard was pretty packed, but after that everything was quick.
