"My dad and I picked up a dozer from EliteHeavy and the whole thing went smoother than we expected. The machine looked just like it did in the listing, and the guys there knew what they were talking about. They walked us through a couple of things to check before running it, which we appreciated. No pressure, no sales pitch - just straight answers. Hard to find that these days. Only small hiccup was finding a good spot to park the trailer when we showed up because the yard was pretty packed, but after that everything was quick. We’re happy with the dozer and already put it to work. Solid folks to deal with."

The machine was exactly what they said it was, and you can tell they actually look over their equipment before posting it. Everything checked out when we got there. The guys were easy to talk to - no pressure, no sales pitch, just straight info. They helped us go over a few things we weren’t totally sure about and didn’t mind taking a little extra time with us. Only minor downside was that the lot was a little crowded that day, so getting around to look at a couple other machines took a bit, but that’s just how it goes sometimes. I’d never dealt with them before, but everything checked out - the listing matched the machine, the photos were accurate, and the paperwork was clean. Definitely a legit company, which is getting harder to find these days. They handled the delivery themselves and got it to me in right about a week. Showed up tied down properly and exactly the shape it was in when I looked at it. That part alone gave me a lot more confidence in the whole deal since I’ve had bad experiences with third-party carriers in the past. Only minor thing was that I had to wait a little bit for someone to bring the machine around when I went to look at it, but it wasn’t a big deal - they were friendly about it, and everything after that went smooth.
